- Mixer
- Pan for dry roasting

- Parchment paper
Ingredients
- Dried cranberries – 15g
- Almonds – 25 g
- Walnuts – 15g
- Seedless dates – 40g
- Cashews – 15g
Method
- Measure all ingredientsÂ
- Dry roast all the nuts until fragrant
- Pulse dates to a paste and keep aside
- Pulse nuts coarsely along with cranberries
- In a bowl mix the dates paste along with pulsed nuts
- Make into equal sized balls
Enjoy as such (or)
- Preheat the oven to 350F.Â
- Transfer the balls to a baking tray lined with parchment paperÂ
- Bake for 3 to 4 minÂ
- Allow it to cool and enjoy
